How we work We see writing as both a conscious and an unconscious process. So we work in a range of ways to improve skills and confidence. We give your people techniques and models for injecting direction, clarity and power into their writing. We focus on language in all its aspects – plain English, grammar, use of words, house style – and how we organise our thoughts into persuasive prose. And we help people to get in touch with their creativity – to find their own ‘voice’ and write more freely and confidently. We think it works better to use examples from your organisation and to focus on your document types. As your people are more likely to carry the learning over into their work. And we make our workshops stimulating and fun, with an emphasis on discussion and practical exercises.
